Harvest Cycle

Closed Loop Urban Ecosystem
The Harvest Cycle is a closed-loop system that seamlessly connects growing, harvesting, processing, and composting into one continuous process. It aims to reconnect communities with food production through soil beds, vertical gardens, and rooftop farming, creating accessible and productive green spaces within urban environments. Integrated facilities such as a farm-to-table kitchen provide opportunities for education, hands-on learning, and community engagement, allowing people to directly experience the journey of food from cultivation to consumption. After use, organic waste from kitchens and gardens is collected, composted, and returned to the soil, restoring nutrients and improving soil health. This regenerative cycle not only reduces waste and minimizes environmental impact, but also builds resilience in local food systems, supports biodiversity, and strengthens community bonds. By closing the loop between food production and waste, the Harvest Cycle fosters a sustainable, self-sufficient, and resilient urban ecosystem.
